We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Please note that certain high-wear items like tires or drivetrain components cannot be returned once mounted.

Are the bikes fully assembled when they arrive?

To ensure safe shipping, bikes are 85-95% assembled. You will typically need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and seatpost. We recommend a professional bike shop assembly for optimal performance and warranty validation.
