At Cambria Bike, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Whether it's a sizing issue or a change of heart, our goal is to get you back on the trail as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to start the return request.

  Package Your Gear

  Carefully place the unused items back in their original manufacturer packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand off your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
